Motion Cable Belts are applied by linear PU belt technology,and mainly made by TPU and high performance S&Z bifilar cords, cords configuration can be customized, belts can be striped and assembled with connector. The main features are high stability, low creep, high flexibility, aging resistance, quiet, maintenance free, and more reliable. It is especially suitable for logistics system.
 
1.  The main material is 92 ShA TPU with super high wear resistance.
2.  Nylon fabric can be added to belt teeth or back to enhance performance and system can be more quiet.
3.  The standard belt working temperature range is - 25 ° C / + 80 ° C, low temperature belt (- 40 ° C / + 80 ° C) and high temperature belt (- 25 ° C / + 120 ° C) can be customized. For other temperature range products, please               contact our technical engineers.
