Motion Linear PU timing belts are mainly made by TPU and S&Z bifilar high performance steel cord, the main features are high stability and flexibility, oil resistance, anti-aging, quiet and maintenance free, suitable for linear motion, lift and conveyor systems.
1. The main material is 92 ShA TPU with super high wear resistance, 85、90、95 ShA PU can be customized to fit various applications.
2. Cord types: Zinc steel cord (standard, HF, HP, HPF), Kevlar, Stainless Steel, Glass Fiber, etc. for other special cords, please contact our technical engineers.
3. Nylon fabric can be added to belt teeth or back to enhance performance and system can be more quiet. The belts can be fabricated according to customer's requirements to fit different applications.
4. Various cleats and covers can fit different requirements. Integrated forming process of covers can either improve belt performance or longer life. It can be produced into whole roll or joint belts.
5. Customized antistatic or conductive PU belts are especially suitable for electronic industry or flammable and explosive working environment. Antistatic grades as follows:        
     CV Ⅰ: Surface resistance value≤10⁹ ohm;           
     CV Ⅱ: Surface resistance value≤10⁷ ohm;
     CV Ⅲ: Surface resistance value≤10⁵ ohm.
6. The standard belt working temperature range is - 25 ° C / + 80 ° C, low temperature belt (- 40 ° C / + 80 ° C) and high temperature belt (- 25 ° C / + 120 ° C) can be customized. For other temperature range products, please contact our technical engineers.
7.  Customized V0 grade flame resistance belts（UL94-1996), HL2 grade low smoke and toxicity belts（EN45545-2）.
8.  Customized corrosion resistant belts: resistant for acid, alkali, weather, etc.,to fit special requirements.
9.  Customized ultra high strength 14M for special lift industry, breaking strength grades as follows:
     HPⅠ: 100mm 14M design breaking force >120KN;
     HPⅡ: 100mm 14M design breaking force >180KN;
     HPⅢ: 100mm 14M design breaking force >280KN.
10. Customized cord exposure-less and anti-microbe belt for health, food and other industries.
11. Customized silicone free belts can be used on painting industry.
