2. Cleats
     According to different applications, Motiontek’s TPU belt can be welded with various TPU cleats on the back to fit various applications from customers.
3. Fabrications
     Motiontek can fully realize customization, not only selecting right materials and proper processes, but also carrying out the following fabrications:

4. Latching
    The latch system can join belt directly on machine, so belt can be replaced easily and quickly.
     Main features:
    ·Compared with standard joint belt, the loading capacity is lower.
    · Flat back
    · Only for conveyor system, the maximum speed is 120m / min.
5.  False Teeth
     Motiontek false teeth can be used when welded cleats can’t fit design requirements. The false teeth are made by stainless steel and can be easily connected with PU cleats, such as steel, plastic cleats.
     False teeth can be applied to Motiontek Linear, Flex and Sleeve PU timing belts.
