Motion Flex PU Timing Belts are mainly made by TPU and high performance spiral steel cord. The main features are high stability and flexibility, oil resistance, anti-aging, quiet and maintenance free. It is especially suitable for high speed and high load transmission. The length can be customized according to customer requirements.It is especially suitable for filling machine, packaging, ceramics, textile and other industries.
1. The main material is 92 ShA TPU with super high wear resistance, 85、90、95 ShA TPU can be customized to fit various applications.
2. Cord types: Zinc steel cord (standard, HF, HP, HPF), Kevlar, Stainless Steel, Glass Fiber, etc. For other special cords, please contact our technical engineers.
3. Nylon fabric can be added to belt teeth or back to enhance performance and reduce noise. The belts can be fabricated according to customer's requirements to fit different applications.
4. Various cleats and covers can fit different requirements. Integrated forming process of covers can either improve belt performance or longer life.
