Motion Rib Belts are made by quality CPU or rubber and high strength polyester or nylon cords, produced by special molding process, combining flexibility of flat belt and high speed of V-belts, with the features of high stability, clean, high speed transmission, stable friction, compact system structure, etc. especially suitable for home appliances, massage chairs, machine tools, textile, washing machine, logistics, food machinery and other applications.

1. 90 ShA CPU or rubber material.
2. Bifilar high strength polyester cord with high breaking force and low elongation, to reduce tooth wear for longer life, cord types: Nylon, Glass Fiber, Kevlar, etc.
3. Elastic cord is available for fixed center applications without tension adjustment, quiet and clean. 
4. Customized antistatic or conductive PU belts are especially suitable for electronic industry or flammable and explosive working environment. Antistatic grades as follows: 
    CV Ⅰ: Surface resistance value≤10⁹ ohm;           
    CV Ⅱ: Surface resistance value≤10⁷ ohm;
    CV Ⅲ: Surface resistance value≤10⁵ ohm.
5. The standard belt working temperature range is - 25 ° C / + 80 ° C, low temperature belt (- 40 ° C / + 80 ° C) and high temperature belt (- 25 ° C / + 120 ° C) can be customized. For other temperature range products, please contact our technical engineers.
