Motion Lift PU belts are mainly made by high wear resistant TPU and high performance cord. The main features are super high wear resistance, high stability and flexibility, oil resistance, anti- aging, quiet and maintenance free. The fully sealed structure is specially designed for elevator and other lift systems.
1. Various breaking force belts are available to fit different applications.
2. The standard belt working temperature range is - 25 ° C / + 80 ° C, low temperature belt (- 40 ° C / + 80 ° C) and high temperature belt (- 25 ° C / + 120 ° C) can be customized. For other temperature range products, please contact our technical engineers.
3. Customized antistatic or conductive PU belts are especially suitable for electronic industry or flammable and explosive working environment. Antistatic grades as follows:         
    CV Ⅰ: Surface resistance value≤10ohm;           
    CV Ⅱ: Surface resistance value≤10ohm;
    CV Ⅲ: Surface resistance value≤105 ohm.
4. Belt colors and cords can be customized.

Typical applications:
F2/F3 can be used in exercise machine;
F3 can be used as elevator steel belts, applied in elevator industry;
